This selection of chapter books approaches mental health in myriad ways. There are narratives starring protagonists who are living with mental health challenges (such as anxiety or depression)-as well as children/young people who care for or otherwise support an adult living with mental health issues (typically a parent or grandparent). We have also included stories which  approach mental health through feelings such as grief or loss. More broadly, we include titles which encourage young people and children to connect with, manage and express their feelings in healthy, positive ways.
 
Since our bookpack contents are frequently refreshed and updated with new and relevant titles, we are not able to provide you with a list of the contents. Should we send you a book which you already have, you are welcome to contact us for a substitute
